How long will it take for my package to arrive?
USPS typically arrives 2-8 days after shipment to most locations in the United States, however the speed of delivery is not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that USPS does not ship on Sunday.
Can I make a return?
We can’t accept returns on coffee due to it's perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at hello@coffeeoutthere.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
How often do you roast and ship your coffee?
We roast and ship our coffee every Monday.
Will my coffee be ground or whole bean?
Whole bean will keep your coffee in peak freshness, however we do have an option to ship your coffee ground to you preference.
What is your roast style?
We focus on highlighting the inherent flavors and nuances within the coffee, and offer a variety of coffees that will suit many preferences.
